Bill has worked in the Securities Industry since 1968. He began his career in the corporate reorganization area with Goldman Sachs & Co. After a brief stay at Sartorius & Co., he was asked to head the NY operations of Rotan Mosle inc. With the advent of listed options trading, Bill was hired by the Options Clearing Corporation to manage their NY office, shortly thereafter he was given responsibility for the Chicago and San Francisco Operations. In 1981 Bill started with First Options Of Chicago as Vice President responsible for Risk Management. During his tenure at First Options, Bill started their Floor Execution Department which grew to be the largest in the world, was Chairman and CEO of Securities Settlement Corp. (a First Options subsidiary), and at the time of the sale to Spear Leeds & Kellogg in 1992 was Executive Vice President responsible for the Market Maker (core) business. Upon leaving FOC Bill started with O'Connor & Company as President of the Securities division. In 1998 Bill joined PAX Clearing Co. as CEO, and in 2003 joined EZ Stocks INC as Chairman and CEO.
In 2007 Bill recognizing the obvious potential of Essex Radez LLC joined long time friend Steve Radez and is presently responsible for business development , and Chief Compliance Officer.
Bill is married to his wife Nancy and has four children. He graduated from Pace University in New York City; attended university of Chicago Business School; received a Liberal Arts certificate from the University of Chicago. Bill has run a marathon on every continent and is a sports enthusiast.
